Doug Kemp - Owner/General Manager

Doug is one of the Owners and General Managers of the training facility. He has managed and instructed many baseball teams throughout the years. He is professionally certified as a baseball hitting and fielding instructor.

Matt Weagle - Extra Innings Instructor

Matt attended Franklin Pierce University where he was a first team All-American his junior year. Matt was a 6th round selection in the 2003 MLB amateur draft by the St. Louis Cardinals. He was later a member of the Worcester Tornadoes for three years before working hand and hand with Rich Gedman as pitching coach in 2009. Matt spent 2011 as an assistant coach at WPI and is now the pitching coach for Becker College.

Sean Gregory - Extra Innings Instructor

Sean was a standout pitcher at the University of Albany. Sean helped lead the University to the programs first conference championship while being recognized as a All- Conference player, Rookie of the year and finishing as program leader in a number of statistical pitching categories. Sean was a member of the Can-Am league championship winning Quebec Capitals and was also a member of the Northern Leagues Championship-winning Fargo- Red hawks. Sean split the 2011 season between the Can-Am League's Worcester Tornadoes and the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League. He now acts as pitching coach at Anna- Maria College.

Nick Wood - Extra Innings Instructor

Nick is a Mike Epstein certified hitting instructor and has been involved in coaching area teams for the past 23 years. He is a valued member of Extra Innings- Auburn instructing and clinic staff. Nick was also a stand out member of many USSSA teams.

Michaella Mahoney - Extra Innings Instructor

Michaella is a current member of the Worcester State University softball team. She is a 2nd year captain earning MASCAC All-Conference honors and has been among the leaders nationally for many different pitching categories.

Chelsea Korp - Extra Innings Instructor

Chelsea Korp is a recent graduate from Brandeis University and will be joining the EI staff for the upcoming 2010-2011 campaign. Chelsea is top ten in seven career offensive categories at Brandeis University. She was a vital member of the 2008 ECAC Champion Brandeis Judges.
